The South represents an intense mixture of flavors and aromas, due in large part to the many cultures that inhabited the Andalusia region. Besides pork, gazpacho, frituras (fried foods), condiments and its characteristic sauces , Andalusia also offers a great variety of desserts inherited from the times of Moorish dominance in Spain.
